Lawton Harper is the Founder and senior advisor with Lawton Harper & Partners, LLC located in Conway, NH. He has spent 25 years as an internal and external management consultant, working internationally with corporate CEOs and leadership teams across a variety of industries. During his career, he has conducted numerous pro bono assignments for nonprofit organizations and recently became President of the White Mountain Aquatic Foundation. He holds a BA in Sociology from Hamilton College and an MBA in General Management from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Frederick E. Block, Esq. has been a lawyer for the Federal government for over 20 years in the areas of legislation and appropriations law. He graduated from SUNY-Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science in 1988 and then from Syracuse University with a J.D. and a Masters of Public Administration in 1992. Prior to joining the board of Rethink The Conversation, Fred participated in suicide prevention awareness and fundraising walks in New York City in 2011 and Washington, D.C. in 2013. He grew up in Briarcliff Manor, NY and has had a personal connection to the founder and other board members for over 40 years. Fred is married, has 3 children, and lives in northern Virginia.

Adam Ginsburg is the Co-chairman of GDC Properties, a full service real estate company where he has worked since 1988. Adam earned his BA from Brown University and an MS in Real Estate from Columbia University. He is proud and gratified to have counted Steve Lelewer (brother of Rethink’s founder, who took his own life in 1993) among his closest friends from the time of their first meeting in elementary school. He resides in New York City with his wife and three sons.
